*Back in the days when I was studying in KL*

Me: What? What happened??
Ex-Roomie Jeremy: Oh my gog...oh my god...OMG....OMG...OMG....Omgod...
Me: Jeremy! Relax....what happened?
E.R Jeremy: Look at this!! Tell me what this is?!!
Me: Err....your...stomache??
E.R Jeremy: No! It's fats!! F-A-T-S!! Oohhhhh, just look at me, I'm fat, and I have this tub or lard hanging out of my belly.....
Me: (Said nothing but raised left eyebrow higher than The Rock's)
E.R Jeremy: Humph...I'm going jogging to lose some weight....

Moments later...

Someone: Hey Jeremy! Wow...didn't know you like to jog.
E.R Jeremy: Well, it's uhh..umm....
*Suddenly, a shining, brand new, bright lightbulb appeared above his head*
E.R Jeremy: You know, Randy's a terrible roomate. I'm jogging cos' it gives me this "run-away feeling" You know what I'm saying??
Someone: Haha
E.R Jeremy: Haha
Someone: Haha

And so you have it...the truth....heh heh...but now back to today's topic.

My last few days here...

As you know, i'm officially on holidays (used the word "official" cos' i've had many unofficial ones) . And when i'm on holiday, i tend to lose track of time. You see, before i go back home, I have to apply a re-entry permit or else.....yup, just that. The authorities told me to apply or else....

Anyway, since I lost track of time, I went to the Municipal...on Sunday.
It was soo stupid of me...It was 2 in the afternoon, I went up to the reception and ask them if they close early on Mondays (I seriously thought it was Monday!!)...She gave me one hell of weird stare and politely said that they don't open on Sundays.

What I was trying to convey here was not my embarassing Sunday-Monday mix up but the fact that they have reception on Sundays. I was surprised cos' in M'sia, no such stuff right?? Heck, even M'sia reception are sometimes absent on working hours!! And here they have reception on Sundays just to tell people they are close. Speachless....

Next day, which was yesterday, I went again to the municipal to settle my re-entry permit. I was redirected to another counter. When i asked where the counter was, instead of easily pointing her finger and waving me away, she brought me there personally....aww, how nice. Okay, settled my permit, time to retreat. It was raining that day so, on my way out, one of the receptionist called out to me and offered me an umbrella, courtesy of the Government, said she didn't want me to catch a cold.....WOW!!! Again...speachless.
But i declined politely as I have my trusty Jacket with me. It was nice of her to offer though...you kidding me? I was moved to tears!!

And so...I headed to the train station to get back to my retreat. On my way back, while crossing a river, I noticed something as I stood on the bridge....what is that swimming in the river? What on earth....well I'll be damn, DUCK! I see DUCKS!!! There's ducks swimming happily in the river! I never knew ducks could survive in rivers in a city. Rivers I knew (Sungai Klang)were brown and corrosive, ducks would be killed instantly, corroded to the bones the moment it touches the river and then carried along the river...adding more brown to the already impossibly brown river. And here we have ducks....swimming around as if Adam never set foot on Earth. Speachless.....

Seems to me that Japan knew I was going home, and it tries to lure me to stay. But hell!! I'm going back no matter what!! See ya fellas this thursday....
